Their iconic design, with a wide body and that clip that closes it, with a vintage and 100% Italian feel, makes them perfect for any kitchen and style. Made of glass , you can store all kinds of food, fresh and dry, from all kinds of pasta and rice to nuts, oats, flours of all kinds, safely store everything from olives to peaches in syrup left over from lunch... And of course for making preserves and ferments!
Their clip system guarantees an airtight seal , for perfect food preservation. In fact, they are not only airtight, ensuring the freshness of the food, but are also suitable for vacuum preservation by pasteurization and for cooking in a bain-marie. However, they are not suitable for the microwave or freezer.
