The Yari knives are high-end premium knives. Thanks to their excellent quality and elegant design—highlighted by the blade's wave pattern—they are true works of art. This finish is achieved by surrounding a VG10 steel core with layers of Damascus stainless steel. The VG10 core gives the knives high hardness, excellent edge retention, and outstanding resistance to wear and corrosion.

Traditionally forged in Germany, each knife is made from a single piece using hydraulic hammer forging. The pieces are laser-cut to their final shape and undergo a heat treatment in a specialised oven to achieve ideal hardness and flexibility. Each knife is individually measured by laser to determine the optimal sharpening angle, then sharpened by robot for an unmatched edge that ensures precise cutting and lasting performance.

The Asian pakka wood handle features a clean, ergonomic design with no gaps or seams. It offers a comfortable grip for a pleasant handling and cutting experience. The handle is finished with a stainless steel cap that ensures perfect in-hand balance.
