Tiptree Fruit Jams are made in Tiptree, using fruit grown by the Wilkin family in their own fields or, for fruit accustomed to other climates, from selected local producers.
Using fresh fruit can make all the difference to the flavour of the final product, but the quality of the fruit is the most important factor in ensuring the best jam. Tiptree jams meet both requirements: they are always made with the highest quality fresh fruit.
We have the following variants of fruit jams:
- Strawberry Jam . Made from exquisite Cambridge strawberries, grown in Tiptree and slowly ripened to enhance their flavour.
- Orange marmalade . Made with bitter oranges from Seville. It combines the excellence of fresh fruit from the south of Spain with the traditional artisanal production of Tiptree jams.
They are presented in a 340 gram format.
