Its Japanese-inspired design , with subtle and elegant lines, and its hand-glazed finish , make each plate unique, just like all your recipes.

The Sapphire collection by Dutch Rose is inspired by Japanese minimalism and its sense of sophistication . A line with clear references to flower shapes, shells and other elements of nature, all pieces are made of ceramic, with a handmade glazed finish , making them unique artisanal works.

The plates come in two colours, blue and grey , combining smooth glazes with subtle striped lines evoking the shapes of shells and flowers in their interior and exterior design.

The deep plate has a large capacity thanks to its height. The flat plates have a slight rim that gives height to the plate in all its sizes, being so beautiful as well as functional:

• Flat plate measuring 18.5 cm , with a height of 1.9 cm. As a dessert plate, for serving bread or a breakfast croissant, it is also a charming tray for presenting appetizers or light starters.
  
• Flat plate measuring 21.5 cm , with a height of 1.9 cm. The perfect flat plate for serving the first course, or the meat or fish for the second course. Just like the dessert plate, it can be a beautiful tray for bringing any assortment of canapés or petit fours to the table.
  
• 28 cm flat plate , with a height of 2 cm. Its wide diameter makes it ideal as a table plate to serve large pieces, such as a steak or all kinds of fish. But it is also a large centrepiece tray, on which to present all kinds of cheese assortments, sausages, or sandwiches. A round dish that will look great wherever you place it.
  
• Deep plate measuring 23 cm , with a height of 4.5 cm. The perfect plate for soups, creams, salads, or your legume and meat stews with sauces.
