How to Use the Nordic Ware Portable BBQ and Campfire Grill

1. Heat the open grill over the barbecue or fire pit for about two minutes.
2. Arrange the food to be cooked and close the grill. Before placing the food, you can brush the inside with a little oil for a more golden result.
3. Place the grill over the heat source, making sure that the flame does not reach the food so that it does not burn.
4. Turn the grill over to ensure even cooking and uniform browning on both sides. Do this several times and use an oven mitt or pot holder, as the handle is made of steel and gets hot.
