The Nordic Ware Star of David Bundt Pan is a cast aluminum pan . Ideal for making bundts, cakes and pastries in the shape of a six-pointed star, it is also a great pan for preparing cold desserts. And when you unmold it, you will love its relief with its well-defined details!

Whatever its flavour, its defined shape will result in a cake that is as perfect as it is delicious. And if you prefer desserts from the fridge, imagine a delicious flan, a refreshing jelly or a delicate panna cotta with which to surprise your guests.

How to use it

  1. Before using for the first time, hand wash the mold with warm water and mild soap. It is not recommended to immerse it in water for long periods of time.
  2. Cleaning in the dishwasher is not recommended as it may shorten the life of your mould's non-stick coating.
  3. Before each use, grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour or cocoa. You can also use a special spray for unmolding.
  4. Some recipes may vary. Do not fill the mold more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
  5. Metal utensils, metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners should not be used on the nonstick surface.

NOTE: Much of the manufacturing process of bundt moulds is done by hand, which can cause some small imperfections (usually on the outside). A rougher area, a small relief that can be felt when touched, etc. These are common marks on Nordic Ware moulds, which are unavoidable in the process and make each and every mould unique, without affecting their proper functioning in any way.
