The Kaiser WMF Loaf Pan with Lid is a non-stick steel mould with a heat-resistant silicone lid, ideal for baking wonderful breads, plum cakes, sponge cakes, savoury pastries or puddings, with even cooking, quick and easy unmoulding and a perfect finish. You will bake professional-quality loaves of bread!

The silicone lid is oven-safe , making it perfect for baking your breads and brioches, as well as for covering them once baked and protecting them. The steel body of the mould guarantees even baking and its non-stick coating will help you to remove the mould with ease.
This classic mould is ideal for baking traditional breads, sandwich breads, cakes, flans, terrines or smaller meat or fish pies. The lid will allow them to rise evenly, without being taller in the centre. Thanks to the optimal heat conduction of the steel, they will cook evenly, with delicious results and a perfect presentation thanks to its easy removal from the mould.
