It’s perfect for making pies in the most traditional way possible, baked in ceramic and without non-stick coatings, just like it’s always been done. Emile Henry molds provide the optimal conditions for ideal baking of your pies.
The vitrified ceramic is cut resistant and heat distributes slowly and evenly. And it’s so beautiful that you can bring the pie straight to the table in the mold, keeping it warm longer.
It’s a mold with many possibilities. The non-porous glazed ceramic doesn’t stain, nor absorb odors or flavors. So you can bake both sweet recipes, like pies, and savory recipes and quiches.
NOTE: The mold in red is the brand’s traditional color, a deep garnet red.
