The WMF Profi Plus Wok Spatula is a very wide paddle (36.2 cm long!), with a long handle and a slightly curved shape perfect and ideal for turning or picking up food without the risk of it breaking, and adapting to the curved shapes of woks and frying pans. At the same time, its length allows you to work without the risk of burning yourself in those deeper pans.
Its design and size are specially indicated to help you lift and turn both delicate foods, such as pancakes, pancakes or tortillas, using it in your frying pans and woks, as well as in grills, trays, casseroles or moulds. Even to cook with your non-stick utensils, with the black spatula!

The history of WMF
