How the empanadilla molds work

• Roll out the dough and cut it into circles using the appropriate side of the molds.
• Flip the mold and place the cut dough on top of it.
• Add the filling of your choice, whether sweet or savory, and close the mold. When you close it, you'll instantly get a perfectly sealed empanadilla, with the classic crimped edge and a great finish.
• You can brush the empanadillas with egg before putting them in the oven to get crispy and shiny empanadillas.
