The Lodge Rectangular Iron Oven Tray is an ideal grill tray for preparing your best dishes in the oven, on the stove, on the barbecue or even in the fireplace, a brazier or a campfire . An ideal surface for roasting meats, vegetables or fish, or preparing any recipe on the stove or in the oven, with exceptional results. The rectangular pan has a slightly oval design and is also perfect for baking all types of dough, such as pizzas, focaccias, breads, biscuits or empanadas. It is easy to handle thanks to its side ridges that act as handles . To clean it, always let it cool before putting it under water, wash it with a sponge and non-abrasive detergent and lightly oil the interior surface to prevent rust. For optimal preservation, it is recommended to always store it in a dry place.

NOTE: Factory seasoning gives Lodge cast iron pieces a rustic finish with some imperfections, such as a brown mark on the rim, handle or grip. Don't worry! These are small spots where the oil hasn't soaked into the iron, but your piece is safe to use. This is not a defect or rust and will disappear with regular use and care.
