The saucepan has a stainless steel handle and grip , for very comfortable and safe handling. • Its extraordinary two-layer ceramic non-stick coating, with Sol-gel technology. The coating is completely free of any PFA and PTFE . It is made up of ceramic particles and silicone particles. The ceramics provide hardness and resistance , and the silicone particles, great non-stick and shine . Once the two layers have been applied, the coating is cured with Sol-gel technology at 300 °C, to harden the surface and give it a shiny appearance , similar to glass.
• Its excellent non-stick properties allow you to cook any recipe, including creams, sauces or stir-fries!, with hardly any oil and without the food sticking.
• Its long, hollow, riveted stainless steel handle , exclusive to Le Creuset, allows for comfortable and safe handling. It has a stainless steel handle , ideal for carrying it from the stove to the oven or from the oven to the table.
  
• Its diffuser base makes it suitable for all cooktops, including induction , and it is oven-safe up to 280°C.
