The Ilsa YOYO Knife Sharpener is very practical. This curiously designed sharpener has two wheels on the sides with a rubber surface and a circular stone in the center , with which to sharpen your cutting tools. Its small size makes it perfect to store in any drawer and always have it at hand.
Its use is very simple:
- First of all, place the sharpener on a flat surface , so that you can roll it without problems.
- Next, place the edge of the knife in one of the sharpener's slots at a slight angle and gently, without pressure, move the knife back and forth several times , as if you were sawing with a saw.
- When it's done, place the edge in the other slot and repeat the process to finish sharpening the knife.
The rubberized surface of the wheels prevents the sharpener from slipping and slipping off when sharpening the knife. Ilsa's Yoyo is made in Spain. It is one of the most traditional sharpeners, due to how simple and practical it is to use and because it takes up so little space that you will always have it ready to sharpen your knives.
