No need to worry about imperfect omelettes! This stainless steel lid is designed to make flipping over your omelettes easier than ever.
It features a completely flat lid,that stops the omelette losing its shape and a small ridged edge to keep the omelette in place when turning it over (with a minimal height to make it easier to get the omelette back into the pan). It does not even have the classic central screw that holds the handle (it has a welding point instead), meaning that your omelette stays flat and in perfect shape when flipping.
Still need more advantages? It is very light, making it even easier to flip your omelettes-I'm sure you know how heavy it is to hold your frying pan containing a large omelette or traditional tortilla española... with the added weight of putting a plate on top to turn it over! This lid takes away all the hassle and makes it easier than ever.
