This Bra Infinity Griddle is ideal if you need a large grill and prefer it not to be too heavy or if you plan to use it for delicate foods. It measures 40cm in length, 27.5cm in width and 3.5cm in height, it is made of non-deformable cast aluminium with a very thick bottom that allows us to make the most of the energy and an excellent temperature distribution.
- It has a 21.5cm diameter diffuser disc.

- Dimensions without handles (ironing area): 34 cm x 24 cm
Its non-stick, PFOA-free coating is ultra-resistant, especially to scratching and abrasion, so BRA ensures a long service life, while maintaining its excellent non-stick properties unaltered.
Thanks to its removable silicone handles, you can handle it safely. In addition, the grill can be used in the oven, either to cook a recipe or to finish cooking, and is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction cookers.
