Es un gran libro de técnicas de cocina, que yo deseaba tener desde que leí los libros de Julia Child, es un libro para gente que sienta por lo menos curiosidad, pero sobretodo quiera aprender técnicas de cocina , algunas fáciles otras, la mayoría ,para practicar mucho, pero en cualquier caso un regalo para los ojos
