The new Le Creuset Damascus steel knives with olive wood handles are made in collaboration with a family business with over 50 years of experience located in Solingen (Germany). This company is one of the few manufacturers that produce the knives entirely in Solingen, considered the cradle of knife making in Europe.

Their blade, extremely sharp, is made from 64 layers of Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core, one of the best materials available for knife making. The handle is carved from Italian olive wood, so each handle has a different and unique appearance. All knives come in a box ideal for gifting.

There are different knife models to choose from:

  • 9 cm knife, ideal for cutting vegetables.
  • 15 and 20 cm chef's knife, for cutting all types of food.
  • 20 cm boning knife, perfect for cutting and deboning meat.
  • 13 and 18 cm Santoku knife, the Japanese knife ideal for cutting all kinds of vegetables, meat, and fish.
