Made in Germany, the KÜCHENPROFI Vario mandolin is a vegetable cutter equipped with 4 different and interchangeable blades . It is a very versatile mandolin, which also has a high-capacity attached container , a collection container that makes the process as clean and comfortable as possible.
This mandolin is made of high-quality ABS, and the blades are made of stainless steel. It has an ergonomic handle that makes it very safe to use.
Thanks to its interchangeable blades, the mandolin allows you to make 4 types of cuts :
- Julienne cut
- Finely grated
- Coarsely grated
- Cut into slices
With a simple movement of the upper wheel, you can adjust the desired laminate thickness, which is adjustable from 1 to 5 mm.
With the Vario mandolin you can cut soft vegetables and fruit as well as hard vegetables, and you will quickly achieve even cuts for your recipes.
