The KitchenAid 3-litre bowl is the perfect complement to your food processor's standard 4.83 l bowl. Made of stainless steel, it is designed for smaller quantities and takes up very little space, since you can store it inside the standard bowl .
This additional bowl is a great help when preparing all kinds of recipes, to use in parallel with the bowl that traditionally comes with your robot:
- To knead with the KA and let the dough rise without changing the bowl.
- For when you want to beat, whip or mix smaller quantities.
- For recipes in which you separate yolks and whites.
- For doughs, creams or frostings of the same cake that require different ingredients or colorings.
