This practical kitchen mandoline has a sharp stainless steel blade arranged diagonally , which provides a precise and effective cut. It stands out for its protective accessory that, in addition to protecting your fingers, allows you to easily hold food, whatever its size.
This Japanese mandoline, with a diagonal blade , offers three different cutting thicknesses . Thanks to its handle and non-slip base, you can comfortably cut everything from onions or potatoes to radishes or cloves of garlic. The protector has 3 possible grips : a clamp-type grip for small foods , a central grip for slicing, and a flat grip that allows you to cut longer slices of vegetables, such as zucchini or eggplant.
