The Fissler Adamant® Comfort 28cm frying pan and Adamant® Classic 24cm frying pan set is a set of two non-stick frying pans with glass lids. Made in Germany from recycled cast aluminium, their extraordinary Adamant® coating of silicon carbide particles makes them very resistant and durable. They also feature the exclusive “Cookstar®” diffuser base , which provides excellent heat absorption, distribution and retention .

The set includes:

• Adamant® Comfort Non-Stick Frying Pan, 28 cm. This frying pan features a design with higher, straighter walls, which gives it greater capacity, both for making omelettes with a good height, and for preparing stews with broth or sauce.
• Adamant® Classic 24cm Non-Stick Frying Pan. With the classic cut of traditional frying pans, its 24cm makes it very versatile and perfect for everyday use.
• Two tempered glass lids, one 24 cm and one 28 cm , with stainless steel knob.

• Its exclusive Fissler “Cookstar®” diffuser base is energy-efficient. Stainless steel sandwich base with an aluminium disc encapsulated by high-pressure pressing, which completely eliminates the air between the layers, providing greater durability and great heat utilization.
• They are very efficient pans . Cooking with them means great energy savings, due to the rapid absorption, distribution and storage of heat . The absence of air inside the diffuser base allows for much faster, more even and efficient heating . Once the optimum cooking temperature has been reached, you can lower the heat to the minimum setting to cook, as the temperature is maintained. This also means lower energy consumption.
• They are suitable for all types of cookers , including induction cookers, and guarantee optimal heat distribution.
• Its ergonomic and safety handle allows you to handle the pan very comfortably and safely. It is made of bakelite, so it does not heat up and has a metal flame protector, which ensures that your hand is protected from heat at all times.
  
• The handle has a hole at the end so it can be hung.
• The 28cm Comfort frying pan features an integrated, raised measuring scale , which is ideal for correctly measuring quantities of liquids and also for monitoring sauce reductions.
