How does it work?

Prepare the cake batter you want (from the traditional and very easy yogurt cake to the batter of your choice), pour it into the different cavities (filling them up to 3/4 of their height, because the cakes will rise) and bake them in the oven at about 170 °C. In 15-20 minutes you will have your cookies ready!

Yes, since the cavities are small, the heat penetrates the centre of the cake batter quickly, and they cook in a flash. So, even if you have unexpected guests, you can serve some delicious pastries for a quick snack.

Plus, you'll probably be able to fill the mold in several batches with the dough you make, so you'll make lots of cupcakes to enjoy with friends and family.

The biscuits you end up with are already beautiful, thanks to the sweet shapes they take from the mould. But, if you want, you can apply some icing on top to accompany or decorate them (if you want to do so, it is better to wait for them to cool a little).
