Its basket-style design makes it perfect for placing in the fireplace opening or for grilling all kinds of food outdoors. Set on its three-legged stand and with the wrought iron grill, cooking on this charcoal and wood barbecue guarantees wonderful results.
Its forged iron construction ensures great strength and durability, as well as excellent heat retention. It is a perfect outdoor barbecue, and you can also use it indoors (in well-ventilated areas) or in the fireplace opening, where you can cook with wood, even some delicious calçots!, and make embers to roast escalivada vegetables or toast bread by the fire.
In both sizes, the forged iron barbecue grills offer a large cooking surface where you can grill everything from ribeye steaks, a rack of ribs, a spatchcock chicken, or a whole fish, while also roasting side vegetables or toasting slices of the loaf you baked.
