Bistro BRA Non-Stick Smooth Griddle Fire and Oven

The Bistro Smooth Griddle is a practical and spacious non-stick grill from homeware specialist BRA. It has been designed to offer high resistance to wear and scratches, and to offer you ideal results, on the stove and in the oven! From a steak on the stove to a pizza in the oven, it will give you plenty of play.

It is a robust and durable iron thanks to its non-deformable cast aluminum body and the quality of its Profile non-stick coating, exclusive to Bra in Spain, reinforced with MetalTec technology and PFOA-free.

It is made of cast aluminium and is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for perfect and highly efficient cooking of all our recipes.

• It features the Teflon Profile non-stick coating reinforced with MetalTec impact technology, which modifies the surface, giving it an exceptional and ultra-durable finish, for extraordinary performance, three times better than traditional kitchen utensils.

Includes two black silicone handles with red edges.

What you can cook on the Bistro grill

The Bistro flat griddle is ideal for cooking food, both on the stove and in the oven, in a very healthy and simple way. Its wide diffuser base is perfect for cooking both meat or fish and the garnish you want to accompany it with at the same time. Quickly, with hardly any fat and without anything sticking, you can prepare the most delicious lunches and dinners.

By brushing the grill with your usual oil or with a flavoured one, you can give your meat or fish a different touch on each occasion. Tasty and healthy dishes with a special touch such as slices of hake with green asparagus and a little shrimp oil, a beef entrecote with the mushrooms of your choice and truffle or boletus oil, a grill of various vegetables with garlic oil, squid with slices of courgette with olive oil or mussels opened on the grill with a little pepper.

Its smooth surface allows you to use it as a baking tray for puff pastry, biscuits, pizzas, empanadas or a delicious focaccia. Thanks to its reinforced and ultra-scratch-resistant non-stick coating, you can cook healthy and delicious recipes without anything sticking, on a very versatile, robust and durable grill that is also very easy to clean.
