Nogent 3 stars is a popular French knife that can be found in almost every home in our neighboring country. It is a sturdy, lightweight, and sharp knife that we will use daily for all kinds of cuts in the kitchen: peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables, potatoes, cheese, cold cuts, etc...
Nogent 3 stars knives have been made since 1923 in Biesles, near Nogent-sur-Marne, the cradle of French knives for 3 centuries. It is an apparently simple knife but one that accumulates the work of 3 generations striving to achieve the best all-purpose kitchen knife.
Features of the Nogent 3 stars knife
- 9cm stainless steel blade ideal for all types of cuts.
- The steel used in the blade is very durable thanks to its high carbon content (Rockwell hardness 56-58HRC) and is hand-sharpened.
- Very comfortable handle made of carp wood (dried for a year to increase its durability) with brass rivets.
