If you like to make omelettes, this is your perfect pan! The Dupla frying pan is a double frying pan, a frying pan made up of two independent frying pans, which come together to be able to turn the omelette safely, tightly and totally easily. You will prepare perfect tortillas!
What makes Bra Dupla special?
- It has a fitting system of the two pans that is the easiest to use. With it, the two pans are joined perfectly, but they are also easy to separate and the easiest to put back together when you want to use them independently.
- In the handle it has some magnets that ensures that the pans stay closed when you make the turn.
- On the edge of the pans they have a silicone gasket, which means that, when the pan is closed, it is completely sealed and no liquid can come out or spill when you turn the tortilla while it is still somewhat raw.
The Dupla is composed of two pans made of cast aluminium with a completely PFOA-free non-stick coating, which can be used separately on a daily basis for any recipe you need to prepare.
To use them to cook tortillas, we only have to fit both pans at the opposite end of the handle, while the silicone gaskets on the edges of the pan seal it perfectly to prevent juice or content from spilling turning the pan over. They also have a magnet on the handles so that the pans are perfectly closed with total security and to be able to make a quick and safe turn, without fear of opening.
The pans have a top diameter of 20 cm, 24 cm or 26 cm and are suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.

Why we like Bra Dupla Double Sided Pan
