The Microplane Gourmet Graters stand out for their great grating efficiency with hardly any effort. They are sturdy and effective, thanks to their stainless steel frame and their ultra-sharp blades. Just slide the food you want to grate, and you'll see how the results are exceptional. Their soft-touch ergonomic handle and non-slip support base allow for very comfortable handling. Additionally, they feature a large cutting surface, ideal for all kinds of foods, from hard cheeses to apples, onions, carrots, or chocolate.
When you use a Microplane grater, you discover why there is no other like the original. With hardly any effort, it allows you to grate or slice with great efficiency. The blades of all the graters have an extraordinary edge, very sharp, which makes grating or cutting very simple and comfortable, and the results are obvious just by sliding the food over the blade.
They have an added advantage: the design of their blade is slightly curved, which allows two positions: from below, so the grated material stays on the grater, or from above, so the grated material falls wherever you want.
