This pack includes:
- Kit for making fresh cheese , which includes the mold with strainer and lid.
- The book "My fresh cheese ", a great guide to understanding how to make basic fresh cheese in no time and a ton of recipes to flavour it or alternatives to enjoy it.
The operation of the mold to make basic fresh cheese is very simple:
- Pour 3 yogurts and 750 ml of milk into the mold.
- Mix with a spoon and put it in the microwave for about 13 minutes.
- Once you take the container out of the microwave, you will see that the milk and yogurt have already curdled. There you have it!
- Finally, strain it to separate the whey, put it in the mold using the same strainer and store it in the refrigerator to enjoy it when it cools.
NOTE: Don't throw away the whey you get! It is ideal as a liquid part for making cakes.
