This Hümmeken Gefu Vegetable Knife is specially designed for cutting vegetables and fruit. The very sharp, curved, beak-shaped blade is ideal for peeling and cutting fruit and vegetables and removing unwanted parts with the pointed tip.
Made with a 6cm blade made of German stainless steel and riveted with an ergonomic walnut wood handle that will make it easier for you to grip and control when cutting, with this peeling knife you can cut your favourite fruits and vegetables into the sizes you want and prepare delicious dishes.
Finally, for its proper preservation and conservation, it is important to note that it is not dishwasher safe. To clean it, you will simply have to rinse it and dry it immediately.
