It is a high quality cast aluminum pan , with a 5.3mm diffuser bottom , which guarantees great heat distribution and very good temperature control. A frying pan designed for those who want to feel like chefs at home!
The Magma frying pan is a great piece for your kitchen. Both its base and its construction and coating will help you cook comfortably, without anything sticking and with really good results in cooking food.
Technical characteristics
- High purity cast aluminum.
- Teflon® INNOVATIONS non-stick interior, PFOA free and environmentally friendly and 35 micron three-layer.
- Bakelite handle with orange soft touch silicone coating with integrated MONIX logo.
- All pieces in the MAGMA series have a bottom thickness of 5.3 mm.
- Valid for all types of cookers, including induction.
- Diffuser bottom with smooth AISI 430 ferritic sheet to create a good magnetic field. The union of the body to the magnetic plate is done through an impact process.
- Suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher (although hand washing with a soft sponge is always recommended to ensure unaltered non-stick properties).
