Sabatier® was founded in Thiers in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (France). The company founded by Philippe Sabatier at the beginning of the 19th century, is a specialist in the manufacture of high quality forged knives, currently operating in the eighth generation of the family. A true tradition.
