This KitchenAid fresh pasta set includes:
- El Smooth roller for rolling out the dough. You can make sheets up to 14cm wide, and therefore being able to select the most suitable thickness : thick for tagliolini, medium for lasagne or cannelloni and thin for linguini.
- El Spaghetti cutter to get the perfect spaghetti shape, in a flash.
- El Fetuccine cutter to get the perfect traditional pasta shape.
- A cleaning brush.
