This accessory is ideal for easily slicing tubular fruits and vegetables up to 5cm in diameter, such as cucumbers, carrots or radishes. In addition, it is also perfect for cutting smaller foods such as cherry tomatoes or mushrooms thanks to the built-in button.
It is suitable for use with De Buyer's Swing, Revolution, Viper and Vantage mandolines.
How it works
Put the tubular accessory on the slider, introduce the food into it, and then with a gesture of back and forth, the food is cut.
