Do you want to make the best plant-based drinks at home? The Chufamix Vegan Milker® makes it very easy for you. The popular "chufamix" it is a very versatile utensil, combining simple operation with a very efficient result. In addition to horchata, you can make all kinds of plant-based milks, juices, and even vegan yogurts or cheeses, quickly and without generating waste.
What is Vegan Milker® by Chufamix
Chufamix's Vegan Milker® was born in Alboraya, the birthplace of tiger nut horchata. Its creators, an artisan horchata maker and an organic farmer, designed a easy system for making horchata at home, realizing that it was also ideal for all kinds of plant-based milks. This patented invention is made entirely in Spain, by 6 small businesses from Valencia and Alicante.
The Vegan Milker® is made up of a container with a lid, a filter cup, with a fine-mesh German stainless steel filter, and a mortar. With it, you can make all kinds of plant-based drinks, whether from seeds, nuts, or grains, as well as horchata, fruit juices, vegetables and greens, yogurts and cheeses, and even coffee!
In addition, you can use the filter cup both with its own container and with any pot, jug, or saucepan if you want to prepare a larger quantity of drink.
How the Vegan Milker® works
Making your favorite plant-based drink is incredibly easy:
- First of all, you must fill the container with water, up to the indicator mark.
- Place the filter in the container and add the ingredient that you have chosen to make your drink: hazelnuts, walnuts, oats, tiger nuts, etc., previously soaked if necessary. Add sugar, cinnamon, lemon, or whatever seasoning you want to flavor your drink with.
- With your hand blender, beat for a few minutes to blend well, emulsify, and homogenize.
- Once whipped, remove the whisk and Place the mortar. Lift the filter while gently press with the mortar.
- Remove the filter and there you go list your plant-based drink, to enjoy right away or to store in the fridge by placing the lid on the container.
- Remove the pulp from the strainer and set it aside for your desserts or for making bread, cookies, or adding it to any recipe you have in mind.
In addition to preparing all kinds of plant-based drinks, you will also be able to do fruit juices and smoothies, which will turn out perfect thanks to the strainer, especially with fruits that have lots of seeds! Thanks to that German stainless steel fine mesh filter, it is also ideal for emulsifying and strain your sauces, without having to run them through Chinese.

All the parts of any Vegan Milker® model by Chufamix are made with top-quality certified materials free from toxic components, such as BPA, BPS, PVC, Bakelite, Formaldehyde, and Phthalates.
It is recommended to wash the filters by hand immediately after use under running water. The wooden mortar should also be washed the same way and left to dry in a well-ventilated place, avoiding damp areas and without exposing it to the sun.
NOTE: All Vegan Milker filters have been designed so that even the largest electric whisks can fit inside them, so you can use your blender with them.
