Made of cast aluminium with a high-quality non-stick coating and PFOA-free, it is a versatile pan.versatile pan, in which you can cook everything from risottos and stews over an open fire, to baked meats and fish, or baked fritattas, cakes and biscuits. All this, with the ease of working with a non-stick pan, which ensures that nothing will stick.
It is constructed all in one piece, and is fully oven safe.
It includes the lid, to ensure great heating and heat retention for quick cooking; and the handles, which you must remove to cook in the oven but which will help you to handle it on the hob or to take it from the oven to the table without burning yourself.
