Tarragon vinegar, which is made from the oiling of white wine with the well-known tarragon plant, takes on the intense and delicious flavour of this plant. It is ideal for salad dressings, fish, meat dressings or sauces.
Since 1840, the Fallot family has enjoyed a worldwide reputation for the exceptional quality of its products. In the production of their vinegars, they pay the utmost attention to the origin of the wines: Burgundy, Beaujolais or Côtes du Rhône.
