NOTE: These 18cm round Le Creuset cocottes feature a phenolic knob, which allows you to use the cocotte in the oven up to a temperature of 190°C. If you want to cook in the oven at higher temperatures, you can easily change the phenolic knob to the stainless steel knob or the copper knob .
