The Prima Matera De Buyer copper saucepan (induction) is available in the following sizes :
Extent | Height | Ability | Diffuser base | Weight | Thickness |
14 cm | 7.3 cm | 1.2 liters | 12 cm | 1.06 kg | 2 mm |
16 cm | 8.3 cm | 1.8 liters | 13.5 cm | 1.37 kg | 2 mm |
18 cm | 9.3 cm | 2.5 liters | 15.5 cm | 1.66 kg | 2 mm |
20 cm | 10.5 cm | 3.3 liters | 17 cm | 2.06 kg | 2 mm |
24 cm | 12.4 cm | 6 liters | 22 cm | 2.75 kg | 2 mm |
Note: The pieces should be heated gradually and should never be used at high heat (at most 3/4 of the induction cooktop's power). Thanks to the high temperature conductivity of copper (higher than that of iron or multi-layer stainless steel) they do not require higher power. To avoid thermal contrasts and burns, they should be allowed to cool after use before cleaning or handling them.
