The Hümmeken Gefu Peeling Knife is specially designed for peeling. The extra-sharp, curved, beak-shaped blade is ideal for peeling potatoes, vegetables and fruit, while its pointed tip will help you easily remove unwanted parts of food.
Made with an 8cm blade made of German stainless steel and riveted with an ergonomic walnut wood handle that will make it easier for you to grip and control when cutting, with this peeling knife you can peel your favourite fruits, removing only the thin skin and using all the pulp.
Finally, for its proper preservation and conservation, it is important to note that it is not dishwasher safe. To clean it, you will simply have to rinse it and dry it immediately.
