This knife has been designed to be used on a daily basis and to offer excellent cutting quality . The blade is made of high-quality German Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel . To ensure comfortable and completely safe cutting, it has a ferrule that secures the joint between the blade and the handle.
The blade measures 250mm and runs all the way around the knife handle internally for added strength. The handle is made of polypropylene and its design is ergonomic , elegant and has small orange highlights , the characteristic colour of the Efficient collection.
