What a mould! The Emile Henry Deep Ceramic Tart Dish is the new version of the brand's classic wave mould. More sober and elegant, with high and slender walls but with a discreet corrugation that gives it an extraordinary design, this mould offers a very interesting capacity for the preparation of all kinds of preparations.
The Emile Henry deep mould has become a jewel among ceramic moulds.
Available in 24, 28 and 32 cm diameter, with its 5 cm height, it is ideal for traditional cakes with friable doughs, super-fluffy sponge cakes that will rise up the walls with perfect results, brioches, cheesecakes... You will use it for a thousand and one recipes!
Remember that it is a ideal ceramic mould for baking, so apart from baking you can use it for roasting vegetables, meat and fish. It's so pretty you'll want to serve it on the table all the time! So it will also be the perfect item to serve everyday rice dishes and pasta, or to bring a few pieces of fruit to the table.
Did you know that...? It's perfect for cakes! Ceramic is an ideal material for making sponge cakes, because it is a moist material which, unlike other materials, does not dry out the dough. Bake in Emile Henry ceramics and you will notice the difference.
CLAUDIA'S NOTE ON COLOURS: When Emile Henry ceramics are heated, the colour of the moulds intensifies, becoming darker. The truth is that I personally never know if I like them better when they are at room temperature or when I take them out of the oven, they are such beautiful colours! The classic red for a while is a very intense maroon, the blue intensifies into a very elegant ocean colour... I think they want us to use them for all our baking!
