The KitchenAid Santoku Knife Set of 2 is a set of two kitchen knives made of forged Japanese steel with a protective cover for the blades. These pieces are very versatile cutting tools, with which you can cut, chop and fillet meat, fish or vegetables.
The blade is made of semi-polished, hardened and tempered Japanese forged steel . Its high carbon content provides a very long-lasting sharpness , for a professional and high-quality cut. Its characteristic alveoli allow air to enter between the food and the blade, making cutting easier and the food not sticking to the knife.
Both pieces come with a protective cover , a sheath to keep your knives in good condition and ensure safe storage , even inside any drawer. The set includes the following knives , essential in the kitchen, and with which you can chop, cut and slice any food:
- 18cm Santoku Knife . The total length of this knife is 31cm.
- 13cm Santoku Knife . The total length of this knife is 25cm.
