The Zassenhaus steel hob is the perfect complement for your kitchen. Made of stainless steel , it offers a hygienic, practical and very easy to clean work surface . Ideal for preparing meat, fish and fresh food. In addition, since it is made of stainless steel, it is great for working with all kinds of doughs , especially those that contain butter!
The steel plate is an ideal solution in its two formats, since it is a perfect surface for cleaning, cutting and filleting meat and fish . As it is a stainless steel plate, it is not porous , so it does not absorb odors or flavors, it is totally hygienic, antibacterial and easy to clean .
It also allows you to easily work the dough, especially those that require more cold when using butter, such as the shortcrust dough for your tartlets and cookies. In addition, they have a practical measuring scale , which will make it easier for all the pasta to be of the same size and will help you to prepare your recipes with more precision.
The hob plate is available in two formats :
- Smooth plate, as a work board or cutting board .
- Measures 43.5cm long x 32cm wide.
- Smooth plate with edge that acts as a stop, to place on the countertop and work safely, without the plate moving.
- Measures 50cm long x 40cm wide.
In addition, being a material that cools very quickly, it is perfect to have it in the fridge before use. This way, it will be ready when you need a cool work surface.
