Perfect for your pies and quiches, the De Buyer Tart Ring with Edges is a frame made of stainless steel with rolled edges. This way, your dough will always stay attached to the edge, without losing shape or shrinking during baking. It is a perfect pastry ring for your shortcrust, puff pastry, or empanada dough pies, which you can use for everything.

To bake the dough in the ring, simply place the frame on the baking tray, covered with a silicone mat or baking paper, and line the ring by bringing the dough up to the edge, pressing lightly to hold it in place. This way, the dough bakes without the walls shrinking. Once baked, the ring comes off easily.

Ideal for baking pies and quiches, you can also assemble savory dishes and cold desserts with a professional finish. It is a slightly flexible circle, to easily and comfortably unmold and separate preparations.

Its smooth inner surface provides perfect baking. It features an engraving with its size for easy identification. It is perfectly balanced and the weld has no defects, ensuring maximum tightness of the ring, which is ideal for plating.
