El libro es muy completo, te lleva de la mano por todos los pasos que necesitas incluso como novata en el tema.
Convierte lo complicado en fácil y las recetas salen "casi" perfectas a la primera, el punto lo pone el calor de tu horno.

Por hacer una crítica , cuando me pongo a leerlas,encuentro que algunas de ellas no están del todo desarrolladas.Me da la sensación de que son un copia y pega.
Ya lo conocía y cuando lo vi en la web no pude resistirme, me encantan las terrinas y estas son estupendas, no le puede faltar a un buen Gourmet
