• Porcelain is much more resistant than ceramic and has very low porosity. The pieces are fired at very high temperatures (1320 °C) to harden them exceptionally, giving them excellent resistance to scratching, thermal shock, and everyday kitchen knocks.
  
• With 0% porosity, Revol's culinary porcelain does not absorb fats, odours or flavours, preventing bacterial growth. Food doesn’t stick and every piece is very easy to clean.
