• 6 preset brewing modes to replicate Gold Cup standard, brew quickly (up to 12 cups in 7 minutes), make cold brew, or create a stronger cup.
• Large water reservoir. With a 1.7-litre capacity, it lets you brew up to 12 cups of coffee.
• My Brew mode allows you to customise all brewing parameters: bloom time, brewing temperature, and flow rate, adapting to the coffee you're using – whether floral, fruity, earthy, etc.
• Heating system with a spiral heating element and PID temperature control. You can set the water temperature between 92 °C and 95 °C for optimal taste.
• Thermo-Coil heating system, delivering purer water during brewing. In Gold Cup mode, the machine automatically adjusts the water temperature and brew time to meet SCA standards.
• Adjustable bloom time. Set the ideal pre-infusion time based on your coffee grounds. Once blooming ends, the remaining water will continue flowing to complete extraction.
• Small cup detection. This smart feature controls contact time when brewing single servings or using the cold brew setting.
• Adjustable flow rate. Choose from three different drip speeds to optimise contact time with the coffee.
