This compact machine has a menu of 5 pre-programmed coffees and allows you to customize 8 more options , so that your friends or family can also have their coffee! Milk texturing is also automatic by touching the icon and without moving the jug from the tray.

• Slide your finger across the coffee maker's touch screen until you choose the coffee you want to make.
• Tap to start automatic grinding . If you wish, you can adjust the coarseness of the ground coffee and the dosage of the filter.
• Once the ground coffee is in the filter, press to compact and level with the razor .
• Place the filter holder and touch the icon on the screen to start extracting the coffee.
• If you have chosen a latte, place the jug with the milk and touch the automatic frothing option .

The Barista Touch coffee machine is designed to achieve a balanced flavour in each coffee and achieves this by combining the key factors:

• The ideal dose of ground coffee is between 18 and 22 grams, so that the pressure is perfect. If there is more coffee, the pressure is greater and the taste is bitter; if there is less coffee, the pressure is not sufficient and the taste is acidic.
• Precise temperature . Equipped with the innovative ThermoJet® system, which reaches the optimal extraction temperature in just 3 seconds. And thanks to digital temperature control, it delivers water with a precision of +/- 2º C, achieving optimal espresso extraction.
• Optimal pressure . Its pre-infusion function gradually increases the water pressure to ensure that all the flavours are extracted evenly, for a balanced-tasting coffee.
• Micro-foamed milk at the level of a professional barista, achieved with its powerful steamer and which enhances the flavor of the coffee, without turning it off or cancelling it out, giving your combination a perfect balance.
