With the small Bambino and in the simplest way, Sage brings you home the keys to a good coffee , both alone and with milk:

• The ideal dose of ground coffee is between 18 and 22 grams, so that the pressure is perfect. If there is more coffee, the pressure is greater and the taste is bitter; if there is less coffee, the pressure is not sufficient and the taste is acidic.
  
• Precise temperature . Equipped with the innovative ThermoJet® system, which reaches the optimal extraction temperature in just 3 seconds. And thanks to digital temperature control, it delivers water with a precision of +/- 2º C, achieving optimal espresso extraction.
• Optimal pressure . Its pre-infusion function gradually increases the water pressure to ensure that all the flavours are extracted evenly, for a balanced-tasting coffee.
• Micro-foamed milk at the level of a professional barista, achieved with its powerful steamer and which enhances the flavor of the coffee, without turning it off or cancelling it out, giving your combination a perfect balance.

Making an espresso or a latte with this small coffee maker is as easy as pie:

• Put the ground coffee into the filter, use the press to compact it and adjust the dose with the leveler (or razor ).
• Place the filter holder in the coffee maker and press the button for one or two coffees, depending on your preference.
• In 3 seconds, once the optimal temperature is reached, the coffee extraction will begin, releasing its wonderful aroma.
• Press the steamer button and place the jug with the milk until you get the microfoam with the texture you like.
