The Le Creuset Cast Iron Cocotte Every with Stoneware inner Lid (Cocotte) is an iron cocotte with a new design inspired by Japanese clay pots, with a narrower shape that includes a concave bottom. It comes with a double lid, the outer one made of iron, like the cocotte, and the inner one, which is made from ceramic, providing you with an optimal cooking experience for your rice dishes.
Le Creuset has designed this cocotte pot for all kinds of everyday uses. Ideal for cooking dishes with a more liquid consistency such as soups, creams, stews, sauces and curries, it is also perfect for frying as it avoids splashing and it is a great mould for >breads and biscuits.
